We have long standing relationships spanning over 35 years with the top nationwide DST companies and advisors and commercial real estate companies/experts. Due to these relationships, we have access to a wide variety of off-market 1031 exchange opportunities for 100 percent fee simple purchase ownership or fractional ownership. We have bought, sold, and/or managed more than $900,000,000 of MULTI-FAMILY, commercial, retail, industrial, storage, distribution centers(FEDEX, Amazon, Walmart ), office and solar/electric truck travel center properties. We have nearly a century of combined work experience in the following areas of real estate: finance, financial planning, management, construction, development, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges (fee simple, DST).
President
Mr. Conte graduated from UCSB in 1970 and received his MBA from USC in 1974 specializing in real estate and entrepreneurship.
He is actively involved in the real estate business since the 1980s. He has purchased, developed, and brokered Multi-family, industrial, commercial, golf courses, and other types of properties.
